work out like a pro at RENEGADE

GYM ETIQUETTE & POLICIES

We strive to provide all our members with a safe and optimal fitness experience. Below are our Club Etiquette Guidelines to improve the experience for all.

WORKOUT ETIQUETTE

Please clean and put away all equipment

Allow others to “work in” and be aware of your surroundings. No sitting on equipment with your phone while others are waiting

When stretching or doing floor work please avoid areas where others are using weights or equipment

We ask that you help keep the club clean by only wearing clean sneakers when working out

If working out in a bigger group KEEP IT MOVING – someone always should be working

Keep personal items out of walking pathways

Personal Training Space

Renegade may provide a separate workout space for Personal Training clients only. If a member who is not a part of our personal training program uses this space, Renegade holds the right to revoke membership. Thank you in advance for respecting this space for clients and trainers.

Proper Attire

You must wear proper attire at all times, including shirts, pants/shorts and athletic  shoes, unless noted in a specific area or as appropriate for a specific activity, program, service, or class. Renegade, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to determine what constitutes proper attire.

In order to keep our gyms clean and protect our equipment, we ask that you refrain from wearing outdoor shoes in the studios and on the fitness floor. Please do not wear your spin shoes outside of the spin studio, as they can be damaging to wood flooring. Closed-toed athletic footwear is required while exercising.

CARDIOVASCULAR AND STRENGTH TRAINING EQUIPMENT

We ask members to be aware of their fellow members when using the strength training circuit equipment. If you are doing multiple sets on any one machine, between sets please allow others who are engaged in the circuit and /or doing only one set to use the machine.

To maintain a healthy environment for all members, please disinfect any equipment after using it with the gym wipes that are available in multiple locations on the fitness floor. We also recommend washing your hands thoroughly before and after working out.

IF OTHERS ARE BEING NEGLECTFUL OF PROPER GYM ETIQUETTE, PLEASE ONLY ENGAGE IN POLITE AND RESPECTFUL DISCOURSE. IF ISSUES ARE UNRESOLVED, PLEASE ASK FOR STAFF ASSISTANCE AND OUR TEAM WILL BE SURE TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE.
