HOW DO I JOIN?

All enrollments are self-service online by clicking the JOIN NOW button above.

WHAT IS THE 3-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE?

We are so confident that you will love Renegade that we offer a 3-day money back guarantee. Simply join and if you are not satisfied, cancel within 3 days by emailing your request to support@renegadegyms.com.  Please provide your name, phone number, and email address that is associated with your membership so that we can ensure we are identifying the correct account.  It would also be helpful for us to know what would have needed to be different to satisfy you.  We will then cancel your membership, refund any payment that you have made, and reply to you to confirm the cancellation and refund.  Please note: the Money Back Guarantee is intended for local residents who are First-Time Members of Renegade.  

HOW DO I MANAGE MY MEMBERSHIP?

To make any changes to your membership or to request any related information, simply email your request to support@renegadegyms.com and provide your name, phone number, and email address that is associated with your membership so that we can ensure we are identifying the correct account. 

CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Of course! We allow members to freeze for a minimum of one month for up to one year for only $2.50 bi-weekly. Simply email your request to support@renegadegyms.com and provide your name, phone number, and email address that is associated with your membership so that we can ensure we are identifying the correct account. 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

We hate to see you go! Did you know you can freeze your membership as well?  To cancel recurring memberships, simply email your request to support@renegadegyms.com and provide your name, phone number, and email address that is associated with your membership so that we can ensure we are identifying the correct account. There is a one bi-weekly payment notice required after the three-month commitment period. Please note: Paid in Full memberships do not need to be cancelled as they will automatically terminate at the end of the membership term.

HOW DO I upgrade MY MEMBERSHIP type?

For Single Access Premier Members, consider upgrading to a Passport or Passport Plus membership to gain access to: ALL Renegade locations, Massage Bed/Chair Access, Tanning Access, Group Exercise Classes, Weekend Guest Privileges (Bring a single guest with you for FREE every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), 10% Discount on Blast Parties and for Passport Plus you will also gain unlimited Racquet Sport Access (NO Court Fees) and Small Group Training.
 
For Passport or Passport Plus to Premier downgrades, you will lose the benefits listed above.  For Passport Plus to Passport downgrades you will only lose unlimited Racquet Sport Access (NO Court Fees) and Small Group Training.
 
If you would still like to switch your membership type, simply email your request to support@renegadegyms.com and provide your name, phone number, and email address that is associated with your account.

HOW DO I SWITCH MY PREMIER MEMBERSHIP HOME GYM LOCATION?

Have you considered upgrading to a Passport or Passport Plus Membership to gain access to all locations, Unlimited access also comes with access to our Recovery Areas, Free Weekend Guest Privileges (Friday – Sunday) and Discounted Blast Parties?

If you would still like to switch your home gym, simply email your request to support@renegadegyms.com and let us know which location you would like to transfer to.  Please provide your name, phone number, and email address that is associated with your membership so that we can ensure we are identifying the correct account.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

For recurring memberships, please keep in mind that we only accept cancellations via email to support@renegadegyms.com, with a one bi-weekly payment advanced notice, if we somehow miss processing your cancelation in a timely manner, once validated, we will immediately refund any overpayments.  We hope that every member uses the Renegade Facilities consistently and as often as possible, and if unable to do so, submits a timely request to cancel, however, as a rule, no gym will consider non-use as a valid reason for a refund.  Please note: All Paid in Full Memberships are non-refundable and generally do not qualify for freezing, however, in some cases we will consider freezing for unavoidable incidents.  

CAN I GET A FREE TRIAL?

For first-time, local-resident visitors, click the GET TRIAL PASS button above and we will reach out to set-up your pass. Or you are more than welcome to stop in for a tour of the gyms and if you like it and decide to join, we have a no-hassle 3-day money back guarantee which enables you to try the gyms without risk.

WHEN AM I BILLED FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?

Recurring memberships are billed bi-weekly and will process every 14 days starting on the date of the first full bi-weekly dues payment.  Paid in Full memberships are collected in full at the start of the membership term and do not need to be cancelled as they will automatically terminate at the end of the membership term.

ARE THERE OTHER FEES ASIDE FROM THE ENROLLMENT FEE?

To help maintain top safety standards and keep our gyms well equipped, our recurring memberships have a $49.99 annual facilities enhancement fee. This fee is billed eight weeks after you join and annually on that date.

WHAT ARE YOUR RECURRING MEMBERSHIP RATES AND COMMITMENTS?

All rates and fees will be disclosed when using the JOIN NOW button.

All recurring agreements require a 12 week commitment.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION?

Norwich Member Access is:  M-F 5am-10pm, Sat 7a-6p, Sun 7a-5p
Pawcatuck Member Access is:  M-F 5am-10pm, Sat 7a-6p, Sun 7a-6p
Waterford Member Access is:  M-F 5am-9pm, Sat-Sun 9a-4p

Non-Member Tours at all locations are welcome M-F 9am-5pm but scheduled visits for any day or time are recommended and can be requested at: support@renegadegyms.com

WHY DO I NEED A BANK ACCOUNT AND CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?

Renegade does not accept cash payments and to ensure lowest possible dues prices, we must avoid prohibitive credit card fees and require all recurring dues payments to be directed to a checking or savings account.  We also require credit or debit card information for your initial payment and any in-club purchases. Our billing partner is the largest fitness club provider in the world and have processed billions of transactions over the past 20 years without any member billing security breaches. Your billing information is always encrypted and cannot be accessed by anyone within the Renegade organization.  For those who wish to avoid providing personal bank account information, you are welcome to purchase Paid in Full Memberships with Credit/Debit Cards.

CAN I PAY IN ADVANCE FOR A MEMBERSHIP AND AVOID HAVING TO PROVIDE MY BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

Yes. You may invest in either 1-month, 3-months, or 12-months at a time using a credit or debit card

ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTED DUES RATES?

We designed the Renegade business model to be the most affordable option while also providing tons of value. Because of this we do not have room to discount our Recurring or Paid in Full dues rates.

ARE THERE ANY FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS?

We designed the Renegade business model to be the most affordable option while also providing tons of value. Because of this we only offer individual memberships.`

ARE THERE ANY CORPORATE OR GROUP MEMBERSHIPS?

We are open to consider discounted Corporate or Group Memberships provided there is a singular billing source.  For customized Corporate or Group Membership rates, please email  support@renegadegyms.com  with your company or group, an estimate of how many individuals will be included, and a contact person for your group, and we will start working on your request for information right away.  

HOW CAN I GET PROFESSIONAL FITNESS ASSISTANCE?

The best fitness value in Connecticut starts by making a one-time $15 investment in a 70-minute Launch Training Session. You do not need to be a member to do this.

This session will include: identification of your specific objectives, an educational workout with a personal trainer, a body scan report detailing all of your current physiological statistics and allowing us a baseline from which to track your success, and most importantly will ensure that we can make an educated recommendation as to how you should approach achieving your fitness objectives.

If you are interested, simply complete the BOOK YOUR LAUNCH SESSION form found on the PROGRAMS page, or inquire at the gym reception desk. After inquiring, we will have the appropriate trainer get in touch to schedule the session.

WHAT ARE THE RULES AROUND GUEST VISITS?

For the security of our members, we do not allow walk-in guest visits.  The shortest-term pass is a 30-day pass for $59.99. Member sponsored guest visits are only allowed if entering and exiting with an active member of the gym.

Friday-Sunday: Passport and Passport Plus members are welcome to bring a guest for a workout at no additional cost.  There is no limit to the number of different individuals a Passport and Passport Plus member can bring (only one free guest per visit.)
 
All other guest visits require a $10 guest fee to be paid upon entry but still require entering and exiting with an active member of the gym
